Product description This Pelican Big Ed Rechargeable Light (Yellow) is specifically designed for fire fighters. The light is constructed of unbreakable ABS plastic that resist chemicals, water, and corrosion. The rubber side grips prevent slipping and the pushbutton switch is easy to operate, even when wearing thick gloves. The photoluminescent shroud glows in the dark so the light is easy to find. The powerful 8.2W Krypton lamp produces an unparalleled bright, long distance beam strong enough to cut through thick smoke and dust. A back-up emergency lamp is housed behind the reflector. The light includes a Ni-Cad battery pack, and 110V charger. The charger can be set to perform a fast or trickle charge. The unique pushbutton "Quick Change Battery Ejection System" allows the user to change the battery pack on the go. Big Ed can be carried comfortably in the hand, worn on a shoulder strap or clipped to a turnout coat by its stainless-steel clip. - Designed for fire fighters it is constructed of unbreakable ABS plastic that resist chemicals, water, and corrosion
