Product description This Matt Kloskowski Signature Bundle 1 from includes a solid neutral density filter kit that contains three individual filters which can each fit directly onto lenses with 77mm front filter threads. Also included is a 100 x 100mm solid neutral density filter that can be configured to avoid vignetting when used with wide angle lenses. To allow the 100 x 100mm solid neutral density filter to be used with a lens that features a 77mm front filter thread, a kit that contains a filter holder, plus an adapter ring, is provided as well.
The Tiffen 77mm Digital Neutral Density Filter Kit includes three 77mm filters that can be used to darken an entire image. They are constructed using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass, grinding flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch, and then mounting to precision metal rings.
The Tiffen 77mm Neutral Density 0.6 Filter is a solid ND filter with an 4x filter factor that provides a 2 stop exposure reduction. Its 0.6 density creates a darkening of the entire image, allowing you to photograph with a wider aperture or slower shutter speed than normally required. By slowing your exposure time or increasing your aperture, you are able to control depth of field and convey movement more easily. Neutral density filters do not affect the coloration of the image and are ideal for pairing with other filters.
The Tiffen 77mm Neutral Density 0.9 Filter is a solid ND filter with an 8x filter factor that provides a 3 stop exposure reduction. Its 0.9 density creates a darkening of the entire image, allowing you to photograph with a wider aperture or slower shutter speed than normally required.
The Tiffen 77mm Neutral Density 1.2 Filter is a solid ND filter with an 16x filter factor that provides a 4 stop exposure reduction. Its 1.2 density creates a darkening of the entire image, allowing you to photograph with a wider aperture or slower shutter speed than normally required.
The 100 x 100mm Big Stopper Neutral Density 3.0 Filter from LEE Filters is an ND filter with a 1,000x filter factor that provides a 10 stop exposure reduction. Its 3.0 density creates a darkening of the entire image, allowing you to photograph with a wider aperture or slower shutter speed than normally required. The 100 x 100mm Big Stopper Neutral Density 3.0 Filter is constructed from optical glass for clarity as well as color fidelity.
The LEE Filters Foundation Kit is the basic element of the LEE filter holder system. This kit contains all the necessary components (including a small screwdriver) to construct a versatile holder that when assembled in its standard form, accepts three filters - 100mm (4") wide x 2mm thick. It also holds 4x6" (100 x 150mm, 2mm thick) filters. The holder can be made to accommodate up to four 2mm thick filters by using the separately-available Lee Filters 3/4" Side-Guide Screws and an additional set of Side Guides for 2mm Thick Filters. When mounted to a required adapter ring, this holder will rotate on the ring to better suit the use of graduated neutral density filters and other filter types that are enhanced by varying positioning.
The LEE Filters 77mm Wide Angle Adapter Ring can be used to connect the filter holder within a LEE Foundation Kit to a lens with a 77mm front filter thread.
