Product description This is a Photoflex OctoDome nxt Extra Small Kit. It includes an 18 x 18 x 9" (1.5' diameter) OctoDome softbox, metal adapter ring, Adjustable ShoeMount Hardware and HeavyDuty Swivel. - OctoDome XS Softbox (Xtra Small, 1.5' Diameter) The Photoflex (Xtra Small, 1.5' Diameter) OctoDome nxt softbox is designed for use with strobes or hotlights up to 500 watts. Its circular design provides diffused light that is as wide as it is tall. It has an internal baffle that eliminates hotspots with smooth, natural light. Its narrow profile gives you more versatility in small rooms.Use this size for head-and-shoulders portraits or interviews. A Series 900 Speed Ring is required for mounting the OctoDome to your light, and is not included.
- Quick Release Corners (QRC) relieve pressure on support rods for quick and easy softbox set up and breakdown
- Use both the face and the baffle for the softest, most diffused light
- Use the OctoDome without the face or baffle for a broad, high-contrast light
- OctoDome optional grids provide precise control of light
UPC: 799245002855 - Heavy Duty Swivel Mount with Reversible Stud This is a Photoflex Heavy Duty Swivel Mount bracket. It is a versatile aluminum bracket that will fit on almost any light stand. The reversible threaded stud (3/8" and 1/4") enables attachment of various lighting and grip items.
- Transfers the weight of your softbox to its speed ring, relieving your light head, and providing better balance atop a light stand
- Bracket tilts and swivels to make aiming the light or flash easy
- Has a locking umbrella socket that will accept umbrella shafts up to 3/8" diameter
UPC: 799245000127 - Adjustable Shoe Mount Connector for Small to Medium Litedome Softboxes The Photoflex Adjustable Shoe Mount Connector for Small to Medium Litedome Softboxes accepts most shoe-mount flashes. It connects to a Photoflex, or Chimera Speed Ring, and allows use of that flash with a 12x16" softbox.
- The Photoflex Extra Small LiteDome comes with a universal speed ring. This adapter connects to that, or any other Speed Ring.
- Height of your flash is easily adjusted, and locked into place in the optimum position.
UPC: 799245000059 - Speed Ring - Basic Ring Only This is the Photoflex Basic Speed Ring ONLY. It does not include an adapter for a specific light. OctoDome rotating connectors are made from heat resistant cast aluminum for durability, and allow rotation while mounted to your fixture with your choice of any shaped softbox. UPC: 799245005849
