Product description The Photogenic ION Inverter with StudioMax 320W/s Flash Head and Softbox Kit is an ideal way to bring the benefits of studio lighting into the field independent of AC power. The kit includes an ION Inverter System with battery, an AKC320 320W/s AC monolight with reflector, an 8.0' light stand and a 24 x 24" Softbox. The ION Lithium-ion Pure Sine Wave Inverter System allows you to take your studio strobes on the road or off the road without electricity and without noisy generators or bulky old-style inverters. Weighing in at only 3.5 lb including its battery, the Ion measures only 7.5 x 4.4 x 3.3" but is able to deliver hundreds or even thousands of full power flashes depending on the flash head in use. With a fully charged battery the included AKC320 will get an impressive 1,200 full power flashes with a recycling time of 2.8 seconds. Of course, you can double or triple your capacity by simply purchasing extra batteries which can be charged apart from the inverter. Extra chargers are available to charge more than 1 battery concurrently. The StudioMax III AKC320 constant color monolight offers a 320W/s output variable over 6.0 stops and a 100W modeling lamp. The AKC320 comes with PL7R High-Gain Reflector and is compatible with the full line of Photogenic flash head accessories. The AK24 24 x 24" Softbox features a removable front face and internal baffle and comes with a Photogenic speed ring and a carrying case. It accepts optional fabric grids. The kit is rounded out by a sturdy 8.0' light stand. The included Multi-Clamp allows you to hang the inverter on it. - Ion Lithium-ion Pure Sine Wave Inverter System The Photogenic Ion Lithium-ion Pure Sine Wave Inverter System allows you to take your studio strobes on the road or off the road without electricity and without noisy generators or bulky old-style inverters. Extra chargers are available to charge more than 1 battery concurrently. Convenience features include a USB port to power computers and other electronic devices and an LED "fuel gauge" that allows you to check on remaining power at a glance. The system includes the ION Inverter, battery, charger, light stand clamp and strap. Note: flash capacity specs are based on Photogenic flash heads but other brands of flash heads may be used with the inverter.
