Product description The 18.9" E48 Light Stand Extension from Phottix is a smart, space-saving way to add height to your light stand or create a small lightweight boom via its two-way 5/8" receiver. With a clever design, Phottix not only offers a 5/8" industry-standard receiver, but taps a 5/8" hole in the barrel to allow for vertical light stand extension or horizontal mounting for using as a short boom or hanger for accessories such as reflectors. However you use the extension, make sure you have a heavy-duty stand to support it. A sandbag or counterweight is also recommended.
