Product description Enjoy music from a variety of sources with the Pioneer Elite SX-S30 Stereo Network A/V Receiver. Built-in AirPlay and Bluetooth allow you to wirelessly stream music from compatible audio sources such as computers, MP3 players, smartphones, and tablets. On-board Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity gives you the ability to stream music from Internet radio sources and compatible networked devices. Furthermore, the Pioneer Remote app allows you to control the receiver from an Android or iOS smart device.
In addition to the receiver's aforementioned wireless connectivity, the SX-S30 has a digital coaxial, an optical, two stereo RCA, a phono RCA, and four HDMI inputs for connecting a variety of audio sources. There's also a USB port for interfacing devices such as thumb drives, and a headphone output that enables personal listening when connecting headphones. Additionally, this receiver's integrated FM tuner allows you to enjoy free over-the-air content. - Streaming Services & Internet Radio
- Enjoy listening to whatever music you like with streaming services such as Pandora and Spotify, and with a future firmware update, TIDAL and Deezer. The receiver is also equipped with TuneIn for enjoying Internet radio. With over 100,000 radio stations, you can listen to free broadcasts of music, sports, news, and talk shows from around the world.

- After connecting your SX-S30 to your home network, you can control and access your music library with the remote control, or play music from your phone or tablet using AirPlay.
- Versatile Connectivity
- The SX-S30 is equipped with a phono (MM) input for a vinyl record player, as well as optical and digital coaxial inputs for connecting other audio sources. The HDMI inputs allow you to connect to high-definition A/V sources.
- Hi-Res Audio File Playback via USB/Network
- You can play up to 5.6 MHz DSD (Direct Stream Digital) files, and up to 192 kHz/24-bit WAV, FLAC, AIFF, and Apple Lossless files from a USB device or via wired or wireless network.
- MCACC Auto Room Tuning
- Create an enhanced acoustic environment with Pioneer's MCACC auto room tuning. With the included microphone, the system automatically compensates for differences in speaker size, level, and distance, and equalizes their response. As a solution for the phase lag between the subwoofer and the main channel speakers caused by the network filter, Phase Control compensates the delayed bass to improve synchronize the sound.
- Wireless Multi-Room Audio
- The SX-S30 will support FireConnect (powered by Blackfire) with a future firmware update. FireConnect is designed to be a stable wireless protocol that streams audio from a compatible receiver to a separately sold, compatible wireless speaker. Enjoy Bluetooth audio, front USB audio files, and internet radio from the receiver to optional FireConnect-compatible Pioneer wireless speakers located in other rooms.
- Controllable with the Pioneer Remote App for iOS and Android
- Enjoy control with album artwork using your mobile device. With the free Pioneer Remote app, you can use your iOS or Android smartphone for operating the network receiver or play back tunes stored on your device. You can also select Internet radio stations and play songs from your media server.
