Product description The Lifeforms System Interface from Pittsburgh Modular is a flexible six-channel mixer and audio hub well suited for studio use and live performance applications. The first three channels feature high quality preamps with a 15x soft-clipping gain circuit and stereo panning. Signal routing options include a post level aux send with stereo aux return, and an independent assignable bus and main mix sends. Additionally, the headphone output can be assigned to the main mix, bus, or both. Channel 1 has a dedicated output designed to allow it to function as an input for external sources without hogging the bus or aux send.
Channels 4, 5, and 6 share auxiliary, bus, and main mix controls allowing for maximum channels with a small footprint. The three independent signal paths allow for complex routing possibilities. The auxiliary send can be used as an effect send or alternative mix while the bus is used to cue up sounds for live performance or to split the mixer channels into 2 independent mixers.
