Product description The Guitar Humidifier Pro from Planet Waves protects your guitar from the driest conditions by utilizing a specialized hydrophilic sponge that holds 12 times its dry weight in water. The Humidifier Pro allows for longer periods between refills and increases protection in drier environments. Guarding against cracks, shrinkage, and warped necks, the Humidifier Pro preserves your instrument's playability.
The humidifier is safely suspended within the soundhole by the strings, which prevents the unit from touching the body, and thereby preserving the finish. The stopper allows you to check the sponge status without removal of the unit and provides a tight seal when in place. Once the sponge dries out, simply re-moisten it and place it in the instrument's soundhole. -
