Product description The Varigrip from Planet Waves is an exercise tool crafted to help you strengthen your fingers, hands, and forearms. It also helps improve the dexterity of your fingers, making it a useful product for guitar players.
To better suit your guitar-playing digits, the unit features a variable tension system, so the resistance for each finger can be tweaked individually. Also, a molded grip can be flipped over to give you the feel of simulated strings; using the device in this manner can help you develop and maintain the necessary calluses for playing guitar.
Pick up the Varigrip for a pre-show warm-up—or for conditioning your fingers when you're away from your instrument—but please note that excessive use of the Varigrip may cause injury or pain.
