Product description The Plantronics Calisto P610-M USB Portable Speakerphone provides crisp audio and an omni-directional microphone to instantly conduct a conference. This speakerphone connects to your Windows or Mac computer via USB and packs in a laptop bag or backpack. It sharpens the audio with wideband technologies and delivers natural-sounding voice with Digital Signal Processing. Furthermore, it offers multiple buttons that let you answer, end, or mute a call as well as adjusting the volume. This speakerphone has been optimized for use with Microsoft Lync to provide call controls with the Office Communications Server. I've started to experience static in the speaker, and it resolves if I unplug and reset the USB plug. Is this something that I can apply a permanent fix to? It began a few weeks ago, after using this device for 3 years with no issues.
