Product description With the MDA220 USB Desk Phone/Softphone Switch from Plantronics, you can use a single headset to operate your desk phone and softphone communications. The switch connects to your computer via a USB Type-A port, and to your desk phone via the included interface cable. The front USB Type-A port on the switch can accommodate a Plantronics USB headset, or Bluetooth adapter for a wireless Plantronics headset. (adapter and headsets not included)
The top of the switch features two large buttons to interface with your desk phone and smartphone. Each icon illuminates in different colors to give you an easy-to-read visual indicator of call or connection status. Use them to make calls, answer calls, and to switch between simultaneously active desk phone and softphone calls. Support for wideband and stereo audio helps to make either call sound natural and clear. - Additional Features
