Product description Stay in touch both inside and outside the office with the Voyager 6200 UC Bluetooth Neckband Headset with USB Type-A Adapter. The design of this sand-colored headset gives you the ability to leave out the earbuds for in-person conversations, but always have them comfortably at hand when you need them for hands-free calling, or to just listen to your favorite audio.
The Voyager 6200 UC headset utilizes Bluetooth technology to wirelessly connect to your devices. With its support for multiport technology, it can pair with up to eight devices, and actively connect with two of them simultaneously. Support for Class 1 Bluetooth means that you can enjoy your wireless connection from up to 98' away when the Voyager 6200 is paired with a Class 1 device. If you want to connect the headset to a Mac or Windows PC that lacks Bluetooth, you can use the included USB Type-A Bluetooth adapter.
During your conversation, four omnidirectional microphones, digital signal processing (DSP), and active noise canceling technology work to optimize your voice's clarity, and minimize ambient noise. The headset can vibrate to let you know you have an incoming call, provided your connected phone or device is in Bluetooth range, while a voice alert warns you if the microphones are muted while you're talking. Additional voice alerts can announce talk time remaining and connection status. - Wideband Audio and Stereo Telephony
- The Voyager 6200 UC supports wideband audio for high-quality PC telephony, and is compatible with smartphones that are equipped with HD voice. It also supports stereo telephony and spatial audio, when used in conjunction with compatible applications.
- Passive Noise Canceling
- Three different sized pairs of earpieces are included to help ensure that you get a snug fit that will black out noise.
- Talk Longer
- The included desktop charging stand powers up the built-in 340 mAh battery via the USB Type-A port of a mobile charger or your computer. Fully charged, the Voyager 6200 UC has enough power for up to 14 days of standby time, up to 16 hours of audio listening, and up to 9 hours of talk time.
- Hearing Protection
- SoundGuard DIGITAL technology protects you from excessive volume during calls and listening to audio. It protects you from sound levels above 118 dBa, detects and eliminates large and sudden increases in signal levels during calls, and prevents average daily noise exposure from exceeding 85 dBa.
- Call Controls
- Built-in controls let you answer and end calls, mute the microphones, and adjust the volume.
- Media Controls
- While listening to your favorite audio, built-in controls give you the ability to play, pause, track forward and back, and mute playback.
- Plantronics Hub
- The Plantronics Hub app gives you the ability to customize and configure the headset's settings, and update its firmware. Plantronics Hub is available for Windows and Macintosh computers, as well as iOS and Android mobile devices.
- UC and Softphone Compatible
- This headset is certified for Skype for Business, and compatible with Unified Communications (UC) applications and softphones from brands, such as Avaya, Cisco, Skype, and more.
- Plantronics Manager Pro Compatible
- Plantronics Manager Pro is a software-as-a-service that is sold separately. The Voyager 6200 UC is compatible with the service, which gives IT professionals the ability to manage the headset by pushing out firmware updates from any web browser, as well as gain valuable insights from reports on acoustic events, device usage, and more.
