Product description Make custom-length patch cables, terminate data communications, and install telephone wiring with the convenient, well-equipped 90109 All-In-One Modular Plug Kit from Platinum Tools. Fully-provisioned, your kit includes a Coax & Round Wire Cable Cutter, Cat5/6 Cable Jacket Stripper, Ratcheted All-in-One Modular Plug Crimp Tool, 6-in-1 Screwdriver, 25-Piece RJ45 (8P8C) Cat5e Modular Plug, and a 25-Piece RJ12 (6P6C) Modular Plug. These items come stored and ready for use inside the well-organized, nylon, zippered case.
The 10500C Coax & Round Wire Cable Cutter is designed to cut solid and stranded wires up to 8 AWG, multi-conductors, and coaxial cables up to 1/2" diameter. It features a curved, precision-ground cutting blade that will not deform conductors or dielectric materials. For strength and durability, the tool is heat-treated and stamped from high carbon steel.
The 15015C Cat5/6 Cable Jacket Stripper is designed to strip cable jackets from Category 5, 5e, and Category 6 twisted pair cables. For ease-of-use, adjustments aren't required, and it will not nick the inner conductors. Installers will appreciate the easy-to-locate, yellow, high-impact plastic housing and long-life blade.
The ratcheted 12503C All-in-One Modular Plug Crimp Tool features a rugged design with multipurpose functions. An indispensable tool for telecom and network installers working with RJ45, RJ11, RJ12, & RJ22 handset modular plugs, it has three crimp cavities for 4, 6, and 8 position modular plugs. The built-in cutter and two strippers are designed for both round and flat cables. This durable crimp tool is manufactured to provide precise, repeatable, and reliable terminations.
Another versatile tool at home on every tool belt is the 19001C 6-in-1 Screwdriver. It features a double-ended reversible bit with ball detent retention and strong S2 alloy steel bits. For comfort and durability, the ergonomic handle is made from molded, high-impact plastic.
The 106150 RJ45 Standard Modular Plug (25 Pieces) and 106135 RJ12 (6P6C) Modular Plug (25 Pieces) are traditional-style modular plugs useful for terminating cables in both telephone and data applications.
