Product description The EXO ezEX-RJ45 Termination and Test Kit from Platinum Tools is a kit that includes the termination, preparation, and test tools needed to properly terminate ezEX44 connectors (Cat 5e and Cat 6 cables). It includes an EXO crimp frame with EXO-EX Die, a LANSeeker cable tester, a Scissor-run electrician's scissors, a Cat 5/6 cable jacket stripper, 30 ezEX44 connectors, and a hanging pouch. - EXO Crimp Frame with EXO-EX Die With the EXO Crimp Frame with EXO-EX Die from Platinum Tools you can terminate large cables and conductors including Cat6 and Cat6A cabling. This crimp frame tool features an easily interchangeable and reversible EXO Die for ambidextrous operation. Additionally, this tool comes with the EXO-EX Die designed to crimp ezEX 44 and ezEX 48 connectors.

UPC: 849160008507 - LANSeeker Cable Tester Useful for residential and commercial cable installers, the Platinum Tools LANSeeker is a cable tester and tone generator designed to test the usability of Ethernet cables. It identifies shorts, miswires, opens, reverses and split pairs, with a debug mode that diagnoses faults one pair at a time, displaying them on LED indicators on the main and remote unit. The LED monitors battery status as well.
The LANSeeker generates audio tones, making it suitable for use with tone tracers. Running off of a single 9V battery, the unit sports a relatively long battery life, giving you 20 hours of testing, 170 hours of audio tone, and 2.5 years of life in standby. Indeed, the battery lasts so long there is no off-switch; the tester automatically powers on within two seconds upon sensing a cable connection, and switches off within five seconds of sensing a cable disconnection. - Key Features at a Glance
