Product description The Tone and Probe Set from Platinum Tools enables you to trace cables and identify cable locations on jacks or through walls. The tone generator comes equipped with a slide switch to move between three different modes, including a continuity mode to verify if a wire is broken. The probe features a recessed push-button to activate tone scanning, a tapered tip to easily penetrate wire bundles, and a thumbwheel to adjust the volume or turn off the probe to reserve battery power.
