Product description The Plume Wafer Softbox is known for its smooth quality of light. Three different sailcloths are used for the Wafer diffuser, its baffles and the interior ellipses. A special aluminum fiberglass cloth around the flash head opening helps to eliminate heat and UV damage. The more shallow Wafer profile results from using a combination of an aluminum tent tube with a fibreglass fishing rod. Inner baffles, rear closures and ring adapters are all interchangeable. The Wafer Strip 200 is an extra large, thin softbox, and is suitable for adding an edge, or hair light for family portraits of 4 - 5 people, or a setup of 6 - 7 smaller-than-a-breadbox items. - Leather reinforced corners.
- Shallow depth of the softbox results in ease of use in small shooting areas.
- Flush-fronts allow ganging of boxes with no visible seams in photograph.
- Required Speed (mounting) Rings are available separately for many manufacturers' strobes.
