Product description The Plus 44-986 is a Digital Pen designed specifically for UPIC-series of wireless interactive panels. The pen can connect with a laptop or desktop computer using Bluetooth wireless control. The Pen itself is fitted with an integrated digital camera and image processor making it capable of tracking the pens movements around the board. Once captured, the pen instantly broadcasts the information, via Bluetooth, to a PC computer or projector. When projected on the screen the pen appears to be writing in real time. - Sophisticated Technology
- When you write over the projected image, the pen takes digital snapshots (more than 50 pictures per second) of the dot pattern on the UPIC writing surface. Every snapshot contains enough data to determine the exact position of the pen. The data is transferred to your computer which then projects the writing. This happens so quickly that it appears as if you are writing on the screen! Very Cool.
