Product description The PNY NVIDIA NVS 315 is a quadro graphics card with support for multiple displays. The NVS 315 has a maximum DVI resolution of 1920 x 1200 and a maximum VGA resolution of 2048 x 1536. There's also 1GB of DDR3 GPU memory on-board which is instrumental in rendering high-definition content This graphics card can output video to 2 displays simultaneously. If your motherboard has room for additional graphics cards you can utilize Mosaic mode, which allows you to output video on up-to 8 displays and view them as a single large display.
Network and multi-installation users can take advantage of NVIDIA Enterprise Management Tools, allowing you to control graphics and display settings remotely. The included NVIDIA nView desktop software will allow you to customize graphics and display settings for multiple users on the sane computer. This video card also incorporates NVIDIA High-Definition Video Technology which helps optimize picture clarity, video smoothness, and color reproduction.
The NVIDIA NVS 315 comes with a DMS-59 to dual DVI-I SL adapter for the connection of DVI-D hardware and two DVI to VGA adapters - giving you multiple connection options. The NVS 315 also features a low profile PCI express 2.0 interface, which gives the video card a small foot-print. The included low profile bracket works for using the NVS 315 with smaller PC enclosures. - NVIDIA CUDA
- Parallel-computing architecture that enables increased computing performance by using the processing power of the GPU (graphics processing unit). The NVS 315 contains 48 NVIDIA CUDA parallel-computing cores compatible with all GPU-accelerated web, photo, and video applications.
- NVIDIA High-Definition Video Technology
- Combines high-definition video processors and software to deliver picture clarity, smooth video, accurate color, and image scaling for SD and HD video content. Features include, high-quality scaling, spatial temporal de-interlacing, inverse telecine and high quality HD video playback-with low CPU utilization and power consumption.
- Mosaic Mode
- Motherboards capable of running multiple graphics cards in SLI mode can utilize Mosaic Mode - this will deliver a unified desktop experience across as many as 8 displays. You can view multiple displays as a single monitor without software customization or performance degradation. Mosaic mode also enables taskbar spanning as well as transparent scaling of any application over multiple displays, giving you the feel of using one large monitor as supposed to multiple displays.

- The NVS 315 also supports video and multi-channel audio for HDMI 1.4a and DisplayPort 1.2 with the use of optional HDMI and DisplayPort adapters.
