Product description Improve your running performance and efficiency with the black Polar M430 Watch. This wrist-worn running assistant provides you with a full range of advanced metrics, including optical heart rate data, to help you track your progress and become a better runner. In addition to heart rate, the M430 measures your speed, distance, pace, and much more. It also utilizes both GPS technology and a sophisticated accelerometer, so you can track your progress indoors and out. Additional runner-friendly features, such as multiple timer functions, are also available.
Running isn't the only option with the M430. It comes loaded with over 100 sport activity options to choose from, so you can track your progress no matter the training session. It also serves as an all-day activity tracker, and will measure your steps, distance, and more. When you're done for the day and ready to turn in, the M430's sleep analysis tech will automatically detect and measure the quality of your sleep, so you can know if you're getting enough quality rest before your next session.
On top of its sport functions, the M430 is equipped with Bluetooth technology, so it can pair with your smartphone for push notifications and interacting with select apps, such as Polar Flow. It's designed to be waterproof, so you can take it in the shower and pool, and its rechargeable battery delivers between 8 and 30 hours of training time, depending on usage. - Wrist-Based Heart Rate
