Product description The Polsen PL-2W microphone is a replacement mic for Polsen's CAM-2W wireless system. It can be used with wireless transmitters with an 1/8" mini plug. It can also be used on devices with an 1/8" (3.5 mm) input and plug-in power.
Featuring an omnidirectional polar pattern, the PL-2W lavalier is ideal for a variety of applications including video production, electronic news gathering (ENG), electronic field productions (EFP), and classroom and presentation applications. Because omnidirectional microphones are less susceptible to wind noise and vocal plosives (pops) than cardioid microphones, the PL-2W is suitable for indoor or outdoor use. The PL-2W provides flexible placement options and allows for head movement without affecting the sound.
The PL-2W comes packaged with a tie clip for securing the mic to the talent's clothing, as well as a windscreen for further reducing wind noise and vocal plosives. - Omnidirectional Polar Pattern
