Polycom HD Voice provides enhanced call quality while Zero Touch Provisioning makes setup, configuration, and management of your phone system simple and easy. Implementation of Polycom phones requires no revisions to IT infrastructure as each phone comes compatible with a wide variety of network configurations. You can even utilize third-party web-based UC and productivity applications to further enhance workflow. - Maximize Productivity
- The VVX 310 improves productivity by complementing the workplace applications on their computer. Users can view and manage their Microsoft Exchange Calendars, receive meeting reminders and alerts, access the corporate directory and Instant Messaging/presence status right on their phone display, even while waiting for their PC to boot. They can also extend their PC's desktop to include the VVX 310 phone's screen for mouse/keyboard navigation and interaction.

Through the remote efforts of a Tech was able to get back online, however, "settings" are only listed 1 - 5 with no action listed as was 'visibly' available, (i.e. Scan both sides, Black and White, Color, etc.)
