Product description The RIG-8HKOR Camera Rig Backpack from Porta Brace is designed to carry large camera rigs fully assembled or with minimal disassembly of the rig components. The frame is constructed using a lightweight hollow-core plastic surrounded by thick foam padding. The unique flared-top shape is designed to accommodate both the removable wheel system at the bottom (narrow) and large matte boxes or rig handles at the top (wide). The lid can be expanded to fit over tall rig handles.The bottom interior of the case is lined with a soft, anti-skid material that helps keep the rig from sliding inside the case. There are also two tie-down straps that fully secure the camera rig in place during transport. The interior side-walls are lined with touch fastener material so that Porta-Brace Divider Kits (sold separately) can be positioned anywhere inside the case.The case exterior is made using abrasion-resistant 1000-denier Cordura. There is a layer of anti-skid rubber material along the bottom of the case to add an additional level of waterproofing. The rubber material also makes it easier to clean mud and dirt from the bottom of the case. A large pocket on the lid and several smaller pockets provide space for accessories and cinch straps on the lid can attach a tripod. The RIG-8HKOR provides two ways to transport heavy rigs, a removable wheel system and a back pack design with padded lumbar support. The wheels have solid rubber tires, ball bearings and strong steel axles. They can easily removed when not needed to avoid damage. The backpack feature uses breathable mesh material with comfortable padding. A chest strap, weight adjustment straps and waist belt provide comfort and stability. - Compatibility
