Product description Featuring a classic design but updated with bright white LED technology, the 1118-2 Stainless Steel LED Light Box from Porta-Trace / Gagne measures 11 x 18" and features 12 LED modules for clear viewing of transparencies, film, and other translucent materials. A rugged stainless steel frame ensures durability and the shatter-resistant Plexiglas top offers evenly diffused light with no hot spots. This 11 x 18" model incorporates a tilting device for angled viewing and a 6'-long three-prong grounded cord supports 100-240 VAC power.
Compared to fluorescent light boxes, the LED design is a more eco-friendly technology to save on energy consumption while still affording a 50,000 hour rating.
