Product description The Wired Intercom 4-User Set from PortaCom is a 2-channel wired full duplex intercom system that comprises of a PC-2000 powering base console, four BP-2000 beltpacks, two H-2000 dual earpiece headsets, and two H-2000S single-sided headsets. It also includes a carrying case that holds the system in place for transportation and storage. This intercom system is suitable for installation in theaters, event coordination, school plays, flight decks, broadcast studios, event production, places of worship, military aircraft, musicals, and more. The PC-2000 power console features a power switch, an input for connecting the AC adapter, and four 3-pin XLR output jacks. The beltpack units are connected to the base console using standard 3-pin XLR microphone cables (not included). Featuring a powering capacity of up to twenty BP-2000 beltpacks, the console's 22 VDC output supports cable runs of up to 2500 ft. This portable unit can be rackmounted using the RM-100 bracket (available separately). Each of the beltpack features a 3-pin XLR (female) line input jack and a 4-pin XLR (male) headset jack at the bottom. It has controls including headset volume control, A/B channel switch, mic mute button, and call light and button. The headset volume control only adjusts the individual headset listening level and not the volume level of the entire system. The single-sided and dual-earpiece headsets can be connected to the beltpack via the 4-pin XLR jack on the beltpack unit. Each headset features a dynamic, noise-cancelling microphone. They come with an adjustable headband, and a coiled cable, terminated with a standard 4-pin XLR connector. - PC-100 - 2 Channel Powering Base Console The Porta-Com PC-100 is a 2-channel powering console for the COM series of wired communication systems. Featuring a powering capacity of up to 20 beltpacks, the console's 22 VDC output supports cable runs of up to 2500'(ft).
