After not using for some months, we were able to turn on the device. After pairing to an Android device, it appeared to be successfully paired and connected via bluetooth but no sound would play from the speaker. Afterwards, we were not able to turn off the Powerall Journey, and a blue flashing light would continue to flash. We tried charging the speaker overnight to see if that would fix the issue but had no success. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. | | Post reply |
