Product description Protect your prints from moisture, light, humidity, atmospheric contaminants, abrasion, and fingerprints with a quart container of matte ECO Print Shield Protective Coating from Premier Imaging. Applying Eco Print Shield is easily accomplished with a roller, brush, or HPLV spray gun. A safe, water-based formulation, there's zero health risk from volatile solvents. Better yet, Print Shield is non-crackling and won't flake off. The long-lasting, non-yellowing and non-reactive, formula is compatible with all inks. Compiling virtue from all it's not, Print Shield crowns these achievements by also being non-toxic and requiring no special handling.
For best results, use two coats of glossy finish as a primer, and a third coat in your choice of finish. This product is designed to always have a gloss finish primer. Gloss is needed as a primer because other finishes have matting agents which will build up and reduce your D-max and lower contrast. When applying multiple coats, allow each coat to completely dry before starting subsequent coats. Print Shield is abrasion, ozone, and water-resistant. - Applications: Fine art, Photography, Giclee reproduction
- Non-cracking formula, stretchable
- Ozone and water resistant
- Exceeds V.O.C. requirements
