Product description The CrashGuard KickPlate Drum Gobo from Primacoustic is designed to isolate drum microphones and reduce spill from nearby cymbals. The foam and plastic housing are powerful yet lightweight enough that when mounted on a mic stand, it won't tip over. Note: WARNING: This product may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, and other reproductive harm. - The CrashGuard drum microphone shield is designed to isolate the drum and reduce the spill from nearby cymbals. This allows the engineer to increase the attack of the drum without the cymbals becoming overly present
- The CrashGuard is constructed of lightweight high-impact ABS. It attaches to the boom arm and is held in place using the microphone's clip. The inside or underbelly of the CrashGuard is completely lined with high-density open cell acoustic foam to reduce internal reflections. The innovative design features a cable access port that allows the microphone to be articulated for optimum placement
- Tested to fit with many major brands of instrument microphones
- Allows drum microphone to be articulated for precise positioning
- Easily attaches to any stand using the stock microphone clip
- Protects the microphone from aggressive stick hits
