Product description Select exactly the brightness level you need with the black Apex 550 Headlamp from Princeton Tec. This 550-lumen maximum output headlamp uses one Maxbright LED for its tightly focused spot beam and four Ultrabright LEDs for a flood beam. All the LEDs are dimmable—simply press and hold the appropriate push-button switch on the underside of the lamp housing to achieve the perfect output. You also have the option of preset high, medium, and low levels on the spot beam and high, medium, low, and flash on the flood. The Apex 550 is built with proprietary heat sink technology and is IPX7-rated water resistant, submersible to 3.3'. Its four AA batteries are stored in a rear-mounted pack that distributes the weight evenly for comfort. An overhead strap adds support. - Light Performance
