Product description Lightweight, easy to use, and powered by widely available batteries, the black Fred LED Headlamp from Princeton Tec lights your way during after-dark outdoor activity or around the house. It offers a 45-lumen white-light flood beam from three Ultrabright LEDs and light from a red Ultralight that helps preserve night-adjusted vision while still adequately illuminating a campsite, gear bag, or task at hand. The single push-button switch on the top of the lamp housing toggles between white and red and offers high and low output levels. Runtimes on a fresh set of three AAA batteries are 100 hours on red high, 180 hours on red low, 74 hours on white high, and 120 hours on white low. The Fred has a water resistance rating equivalent to IPX4, so it can withstand being splashed or the occasional dunking. - Light Performance
