Product description Twist the dial on the side of the Sync LED Headlamp from Princeton Tec to select from a wide range of output settings that will cover your outdoor and around-the-house needs. This lightweight, award-winning lamp employs a Maxbright LED for its spot beam and Ultrabright LEDs for its flood beam and red-light modes. Available settings include high flood, low flood, spot, dual flood/spot and red, with a bright maximum output of 150 lumens. There's a lockout mode so the light won't get turned on accidentally in transit. Maximum runtime on a fresh set of three AAA batteries is 150 hours. - Light Performance
