Product description The Prism Sound 8C-PTHDX is a Pro Tools HDX I/O module offering flexible digital input and output configurations for producers, musicians, and audio engineers using a Prism Sound Dream ADA-8XR audio interface and Pro Tools HD software. It emulates one Avid HD I/O, and supports eight channels of I/O at up to 192 kHz or 16 channels in or out at up to 192 kHz. Two DigiLink Mini ports ensure compatible connectivity with Avid HDX and HD Native cards. The 8C-PTHDX easily installs into the upper or lower digital I/O slot of a Dream ADA-8XR (available separately). - Supports eight channels of I/O at sample rates up to 192 kHz or 16 channels of inputs or outputs at up to 192 kHz
- Emulates one Avid HD I/O interface
- Allows remote control of ADA-8XR interface settings via Pro Tools HD software (available separately)
- Supports daisy-chaining multiple interfaces
- Easily installs in either digital I/O slot (DIO1 or DIO2) of an ADA-8XR (available separately)
