The UltraStor RS16JS, utilizes point-to-point host/disk connectivity and high performance SAS disks. It also offers enterprise-grade fault tolerance solution and improved performance for applications that demand superior reliability. It is designed to support both high reliability SAS disks as well as high capacity SATA disks. - UltraStor Versatility
- The UltraStor RS16JS Storage System features two SAS channels and one SAS expandable port, providing expandability that is critical to a company's IT infrastructure. It is ideal for data intensive applications and is powered by dual cutting edge SAS host connections that maximizes disk performance allowing for a broader range of storage possibilities. The Storage System works best when connected to an advanced UltraStor RS series RAID system with dynamic on-line RAID expansion. - The UltraStor RS16JS is a host dependent JBOD storage system that connects either to a host system/server based JBOD, RAID HBA or to an advanced UltraStor RS series RAID system. The UltraStor RS16JS provides easy scalability for the UltraStor RS16 IP-4, RS16 SS and RS16 FS systems. - Powerful Storage Management
- The UltraStor RS16JS Storage System offers multiple management options to match your workflow. It can be completely auto configured in minutes using the convenient rear LCD control panel and monitored or reconfigured through a remote connection. A comprehensive menu screen facilitates the setup process and lets you reconfigure the system as storage needs change. A Web Graphic User interface gives you access to advanced features such as multiple array settings, iSCSI parameters (connection mode, ID, LUN mapping and more), SNMP features and security options.
