Product description The VTrak D5600FXD FC/iSCSI/NAS Unified Storage System from Promise Technology is designed to deliver 192TB of high-bandwidth, low-latency network storage, ideal for such applications as general IT infrastructure, surveillance, network backup, and disaster recovery. Equipped with 16 12TB 7,200 rpm SAS drives and expandable up to 512 drives, the dual-controller VTrak D5600FXD comes with four 10 Gb/s SFP+ ports, eight 16 Gb/s Fiber Channel ports, and four 12 Gb/s mini-SAS ports, along with four 10/100/1000 Mb/s Ethernet and two RJ11 management ports. - Enterprise Class Storage
- Optimized for high bandwidth and low latency, the VTrak D5600 is ideal for mid-tier IT applications, surveillance, virtualized applications, high-bandwidth applications, backup, and DR (Disaster Recovery), as well as for running multiple mixed workloads.
- Flash Cache Support
- Users have the option to enable the VTrak D5600's flash cache for read and write acceleration, which helps to boost throughput and lower latency. Intelligent data caching automatically promotes hot data to the cache in real time.
- Simplified Storage Environment
