Product description Anatomy of a Teleprompter Read More The Teleprompter Kit from Prompter People includes two FLEX-12 12" rectangular glass teleprompters, two Flip-Q Pro software licenses for Mac and Windows, and two 25' VGA male to VGA male cables.
The FLEX-12 12" rectangular glass teleprompter offers tool-less control of camera and monitor position. It features a 12" reversing monitor and can display prompting information with either the included Windows or Mac software or with any presentation software such as PowerPoint or Keynote. The teleprompter comes with a 60/40 beamsplitter and offers a maximum reading range of 14'.
The Flip-Q Pro software license is a professional teleprompting application designed for use with dual-output Windows computers. This program displays prompting text normally on the operator's computer screen, while text on the secondary monitor output is reversed for use on a teleprompter. This solution allows you to forgo expensive hardware & software investments by using VGA displays in a teleprompting setup, all without sacrificing functionality or performance.
The 25' VGA male to VGA male cable is ideal for use with all Prompter People monitors, except the 10.4" and 11" models that require a VGA male-to-female cable. Due to its long length, a VGA distribution amplifier is recommended for use with this cable. - FLEX-12 12" Rectangular Glass Teleprompter The FLEX-12 12" Rectangular Glass Teleprompter from Prompter People offers tool-less control of the camera and monitor position. It features a 12" reversing monitor and displays prompting information with the PC/Mac software included as a free download. The teleprompter comes with a 60/40 beamsplitter glass and provides a maximum reading range of 14'. The teleprompter's design utilizes custom aluminum extrusions for durability and offers balance for any size camera from a palmcorder to a full size ENG camera. The included monitor has VGA, HDMI, and composite inputs and features a brightness rating of 400 cd/m2.
