Product description Anatomy of a Teleprompter Read More Featuring a coated beam splitter and an articulating prompter assembly, the Proline Teleprompter for iPad from Prompter People is an all inclusive iPad teleprompting solution. The Proline Teleprompter uses a scratch and break-resistant HD glass beam splitter with 60/40 transparency. The rear of the glass is coated to resist rear reflections that could interfere with prompting text. To further protect the glass, the beam splitter frame is constructed from aluminum. You can adjust the height and angle of the beam splitter for proper placement when displaying text. When you are striking set or moving the prompter, the prompter assembly can be collapsed easily for transport. An aluminum riser is included for mounting your camera to the teleprompter. The riser is adjustable to accommodate cameras of different sizes ranging from DSLRs to ENG cameras. The Proline Teleprompter is upgradable to accept larger LCD monitors and beam splitters for productions that require the talent to read from longer distances. To use your iPad as a prompter, iCUE software is available for download from the app store. The app provides all the necessary prompting functionality so there is no need to connect to a separate computer. The prompter software can be controlled via the included Bluetooth keyboard. The included universal tripod mount is a plate that attaches to the cradle, and provides both a 1/4"-20 & 3/8"-16 threaded mounting hole.
