Product description The HD Smart Projector with Android CPU from Pyle Pro features an embedded computer running android OS, giving it similar functionality to a tablet, but able to project on a much bigger screen. An LED light source outputs 1200 lumens in 2D mode at full brightness and doesn't burn out the way a conventional tungsten bulb does, for a lamp life of up to 30,000 hours. A single 0.45" DLP imaging device produces a 1280 x 800 (WXGA) native resolution, 16:10 aspect ratio picture. Through scaling, the projector can also accommodate 1080p/i, 720p, NTSC, and PAL sources.
There are two HDMI inputs which support 3D for connection to computers, Blu-ray Disc players, game consoles, and more. There is also a VGA input for computers with analog graphics, which can be adapted to accept a component signal using a separately available adapter cable. For card readers or USB storage devices, there is a USB type A port that lets you view photos, play video, or access documents such as Microsoft Word and Excel files directly through the projector's operating system. For legacy camcorders, VCRs, and other analog equipment there is a mini composite A/V input and an adapter is supplied (an additional extension cable may still be required). - Embedded Android 4 OS
- With Wi-Fi connectivity for Internet access (where there is a router or access point available), this projector lets you enjoy a similar Android experience as you would get with a tablet or smartphone but in a much larger image. You can surf the Web, watch movies and listen to podcasts, play games, and more. The CPU features a 1.2 GHz processor, 512 MB of RAM, and 4GB internal memory
- Supports up to 115"-Diagonal Screen Size
- Depending on the amount of ambient light, and where the projector is placed in relation to the screen, it is possible to throw and image between 20 and 115"
- DLP-Link 3D Support
- This projector can be paired with DLP-Link compatible active 3D glasses for watching 3D content from the HDMI input or a USB storage device. Because the brightness will be reduce significantly, the 3D function should only be used in a dark setting, and the recommended image size is 40"-diagonal
- Tripod Mountable
- A standard 1/4"-20 tripod socket means you can use a regular camera tripod or camera mount with this projector
