Product description The Pyle Pro PMIDIPD30 is a MIDI control pad designed for pro-audio use. It’s suitable for home and project studios. The PMIDIPD30 provides nine control knobs, nine control sliders, and 11 buttons—all of them assignable to various functions within your DAW over MIDI. Functions include panning, raising/lowering faders, mutes, and more.Six transport buttons are also on hand, and these can be assigned to external controllers as well as your DAW. These buttons, which include rewind, play, fast forward, loop, stop, and record functions, can transmit control-change messages or MIDI machine-control messages. Four banks allow you to choose between different settings simply by navigating with the bank buttons. Included with the unit is downloadable software which allows you to edit and change the assignment of most control functions. When setting up the device to correspond to various commands in your DAW, the large, front-facing knob will help you adjust program changes.The unit draws its power and communicates with your computer over USB.
