Product description The URSA Mini Kit from Pyro AV is a 15mm-based camera rig system crafted from aviation grade aluminum (6061) components and specifically developed for the Blackmagic URSA Mini camera. The URSA Mini Top Plate mounts securely on top of the camera and includes threaded 1/4"-20 and 3/8”-16 holes for easy accessory mounting. The Quick Release Handle is also equipped with 1/4"-20 and 3/8”-16 threaded accessory mounts and features a 15mm rod clamp and quick release handle. The handle mount allows for installation of a 15mm rod for mounting accessories, such as an EVF or field monitor. Each of the 8" aluminum rods can be used in the 15mm handle mount to support the included custom Blackmagic URSA Mini EVF mount.
The Side Arm Bracket connects between the baseplate and top plate, adding additional support and providing several mounting points and an ARRI style rosette. A 5" aluminum extension attaches to the ARRI rosette on the Baseplate, allowing the user to attach the Blackmagic Trigger Grip. The Baseplate attaches to the URSA Mini via two 3/8”-16 screws. The base supports two 15mm rods at proper lens height and is equipped with ARRI style rosettes on either side. The Baseplate has a quick release, allowing fast removal of the 10" dovetail slide, thereby allowing the user to quickly transition from tripod mount to a mobile shot by using the integrated shoulder pad. - Slide Dovetail Base (10") The 10" Slide Dovetail Base from Pyro AV features a quick release and is machined out of solid 6061 aircraft aluminum. This slide is equipped with standard 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded mounts, and is suitable for use with GH4, a7S, Blackmagic, F5, EPIC, and similar camera packages. It can also be used with Pyro AV and ARRI BP-8/BP-9 15mm systems. UPC: 872307102202
