Product description The HQ210 Mid-Field/Main System Passive Reference Monitor is the largest passive monitor built by Quested. With its rotatable Mid / HF section, it can be used vertically or horizontally, soffit-mounted as a main monitor or used as a mid-field when stand mounted.
The three sections of the passive filter networks are independently accessible on the triple pair binding post tray, making tri-wiring or tri-amping possible. There are also upgrade paths that could ultimately convert the HQ210 into the Q210, with DSP crossover control and six amplification channels.
Typical applications for the HQ210 would be as a main monitor in mid-sized control rooms, in an L/C/R system with additional surrounds or initially as a monitor when a later active upgrade is anticipated. - Largest passive monitor by Quested
