Product description The KL-8 Rackmount Keyboard Mixing Station from Radial can connect to four keyboards in mono or stereo, each with their own volume control and LED indicators. It can be used to bring them in and out of the signal path to keep noisy keyboards muted until they are needed for live stage and theater applications. The KL-8 is a single rack unit designed to route analog 1/4" inputs and outputs, effects, 3-pin XLR main, 3-pin XLR monitor outputs, and 1/4" TRS headphone outputs to provide easy access in one location. It is also a powerful digital interface with MIDI and USB connections that make it easy to control a laptop soft-synth utilizing high-quality 24-bit/192 kHz digital audio converters. Other features include: stereo insert points for a single volume pedal to control all your keyboard outputs and redundant USB connections to have a backup laptop plugged in and ready to go. This is useful for keyboard players who control playback for backing tracks during performances. Additionally, a link feature can be used to connect multiple units together and expand the KL-8 inputs to suit larger keyboard rigs.
