Product description The Rane Commercial DR6 is a fully customizable touchscreen remote for the Halogen DSP audio system, which provides a simple, easy-to-use graphical user interface for configuring, designing, and controlling networked audio systems for commercial audio installations. The DR6 features a full-color 7" LCD display that supports custom background images and logos. The interface provides multiple pages or tabs, which allow you to set levels, toggles, selectors and/or commands. Any of the controls can be dragged, dropped, and resized for a fully customized interface.
The DR6 uses an included midspan power injector (not PoE) to connect shielded CAT 5e (or better) cables between any HAL and the touchscreen to deliver communications and the extra power needed for the display. The on-screen user access management protocols prevent access from the public, while allowing management or staff use. Additionally, an ambient light sensor automatically dims the backlight. The DR6 ships with a wall-mount bracket and mounting hardware.
