Product description Enjoy the convenience of wireless charging with the RAVPower Qi Wireless Charger. The RAVPower Qi Charger gives you the ability to charge your smartphone wirelessly, by simply laying your compatible phone, or phone with compatible Qi cover, onto the charger. In support of the iOS 11.2 update, this charger gives 7.5W of wireless charging power for the iPhone X, 8 & 8 Plus, which is faster than traditional 3.5-5W wireless chargers. For select Samsung, Google & Microsoft phones, the charging power goes up to 10W.
Charging your phone via Qi wireless technology requires the phone to maintain a steady connection, which is why RAVPower added a non-slip rubberized coating to the top, and a high-friction base pad to the bottom of the RAVPower. This minimizes the chances of your phone, or the charger, from slipping and disrupting the charging process. While charging, the LED indicator light will keep you informed on what's happening. The light lets you know whether the Qi Wireless Charger is in standby mode, actively charging, finished charging, or detected an unsupported device or foreign object on the charging pad.
Safety features, such as the detection of foreign objects, help to protect both the RAVPower and your expensive phone. Other safety features include built-in protections against excessive temperatures, and delivering too much current or voltage to the connected device.
