Product description The TTS36-A Active High Power Subwoofer from RCF features low-frequency 18" woofers with a 4.5" inside/outside voice coil transducers. The TTS36-A amplifier section features 2 x 2000W highly advanced digital amplifier modules. Each module features Power Factor Correction (PFC), separated power supply and amplification, and two "on board" ventilation fans. The comprehensive protection features thermal, overcurrent, and non audio-signals. The input section provides: In/Out XLR connectors, crossover output XLR connectors, system sensitivity control, crossover set-up (90 Hz - 120 Hz), high pass set-up (35 Hz - 50 Hz), 4 status LEDs, and RDnet Ethercon input/output connectors. The TTS36-A is equipped with a dedicated RDnet networking board. You can monitor all the system parameters, from the input to the status of each amplifier, to address single cabinets or groups of cabinets, specific presets or modifications of parameters like gain, equalization or delay. You can also create subwoofer cardioid systems using groups of three modules. The TTS36-A cabinet of built in Baltic birch plywood and protected with a heavy duty coating. The internal structure is braced and reinforced and all the parts are assembled on metal inserts with metric screws. The front grille is powder coated and features foam backing that is very transparent to the sound. The power amplifiers and the input board are housed on a heavy duty aluminum panel suspended from the main cabinet with flexible mounts. This subwoofer can be used for touring sound reinforcement, large-scale event reinforcement, stadiums, arenas, and concerts. - 4000 W (2 x 2000 W digital amplifiers)
