Product description This 10" Camera Bar from Really Right Stuff naturally becomes an extension from the tripod, because of its length, and the bar can be used in many different applications. With the length of the bar, it allows you to get into areas or angles normally not accessible with the tripod and head alone. The laser-engraved scale is marked on both sides of the bar in 5mm increments with a center mark at zero, which makes it ideal as a focusing rail for macro photography. Taking advantage of the bar's strength and stability, the bar lends itself as a support for telephoto lenses. Located at the front of the bar is a built-in AS style mounting boss, which can have a CB-YS long lens support added to support the front of a lens.Keeping the camera and lens aligned with the horizon is always important and the built-in bubble level will ensure that. Multiple 1/4"-20 and one 3/8"-16 are located on the bar. Therefore, two ball heads can be placed at each end for double camera support or to do stereo photography. The rail has a double dovetail design, which is compatible with any Really Right Stuff clamping accessory or with most Arca-type clamps or ball heads. Two camera bars can be joined for further extension by using the CB-HC1 Camera Bar H-Connector accessory. - Double dovetail design allows accessories to clamp from the bottom or the top
- Built-in bubble level to keep the camera leveled
- Laser-engraved scale for camera placement
- Lens support with built-in AS style mounting boss
