Product description The BPC-16 Microball with Panning from Really Right Stuff is a 4.4 oz compact and portable ball head that has a 5 lb weight capacity, which makes it suitable for small DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, or other small accessories used for photographic or video use. Moreover, the integrated screw knob locks the Arca-type compatible clamp down while the second locking wheel, which surrounds the first knob, enables the head to rotate a full 360°. Meanwhile, at the top of the stem, the quick release lever disengages to allow movement on the ball, and the cut notch at the bottom of the head allows it to be placed at a 90° angle. The 2" tall Microball is constructed using 6061-T6 aluminum with steel components. Both metals have a durable finish. Namely, the aluminum has a type II black anodized finish while the steel components are ferritic nitrocarburized, which protect the surfaces from scuffs and oxidation.
