Product description The FA-HSA Hot Shoe Adapter with BC-18 Micro Ball Clamp and SNAP QR Base from Really Right Stuff is compatible with any hot or cold shoe, and it adds the option of mounting a number of video and photographic accessories onto your camera or video rig. The Micro Ball Clamp accepts Arca-type plates, and has a load capacity of up to 10 lb. The articulated ball joint has 45° of movement in four different directions, and it locks into place with the locking lever located right under the clamp. The SNAP QR Base has a 1/4"-20 threaded female socket that will screw onto the top of the hot shoe adapter, which is part of the SNAP QR system and accepting of all SNAP QR adapters. Meanwhile, by screwing the QR adapter on the bottom of smaller video and photographic accessories makes it quick to interchange with the quick release latch. The two-part system consisting of the base and the adapter never twist while an accessory is in use. - BC-18 Micro Ball Clamp The BC-18 Micro Ball Clamp from Really Right Stuff is lightweight and ultra-compact, which makes it a nice addition to your camera bag for travel photography or video needs. The clamp's 1/4"-20 male threaded mounting post will fit into any bracket, cage, or video rig that contains a 1/4"-20 female thread. The screw-knob style clamp can hold most Arca-type compatible plates, and has a load capacity of up to 10 lb.
