Product description The MPR-192 & Mini-Clamps Package from Really Right Stuff creates a versatile tool for photographers in the studio or in the field. With the rail mounted on a ball head and the clamps mounted in a parallel orientation, this package can be used as a basic focus or macro slider. Now insects, coins, and objects of a smaller size can be photographed with more precision and ease. With the clamps mounted in a perpendicular orientation, it can be used as a nodal slider for panoramic photography, whether the lens is collared or not. Both rail and clamps are made from CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum and they have a type II black anodized finish. Index marks are laser-engraved on both sides of the clamps for repeatable positioning. Additionally, a bull's-eye bubble level is built into the rail to keep both camera and lens leveled to the horizon. - 7.6" Multi-Purpose Rail (1/4"-20) The 7.6" Multi-Purpose Rail from Really Right Stuff is a double dovetail plate designed to mount to the bottoms of medium and large format cameras, and the rail will also accommodate to a telephoto lens foot that does not exceed 6.75" in length. The rail has two separate 1.6" and 2.8" slotted lengths, so the lens foot can be adjusted on top of the rail. Once the lens has been secured to the rail with the 1/4"-20 screws and adjusted; the MPR-C flange can be installed in ten different positions to prevent twisting on a ball head or clamp. The laser-engraved plate has a 1mm increment scale, so the position of the shot is repeatable, and also keep the image level with the built-in bubble level.
- Double dovetail design allows accessories to mount from the top or bottom
- Rail slot for lens foot adjustability
- Anti-twist MPR-C flange with multiple positions
- Laser-engraved 1mm increment scale
UPC: 818413024564 - Mini-Clamp Package This Mini-Clamp Package from Really Right Stuff includes the Arca-type compatible top B2-FAB screw-knob style quick release clamp with 1/4"-20 hole and the bottom B2-mAS screw-knob style quick release clamp. These clamps are mounted back to back, and the bottom clamp mounts onto camera bars, multi-purpose rails, or nodal slides. The top clamp accepts lens plates, lens replacement feet, and camera plates. Furthermore, this Mini-Clamp Package, used in conjunction with a multi-purpose rail, allows a more precise focusing with your camera for macro photography. The package can also work with a camera bar and be used as a nodal point slider for panoramic shots. Both clamps can be set up to be parallel or perpendicular, which allows fore-aft or side-to-side motion. The B2-FAB Clamp is made from CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum, and it has an anodized Type II black finish. Index marks are laser-engraved on both sides of the clamp so a position can be repeated.
