Product description Time-Lapse Tips and Tools Read More The Pano Elements Package with Lever-Release from Really Right Stuff is a combination of an Arca-type compatible panning base and a nodal slider. The dovetail of the panning base mounts to a ball head or a leveling-base and a camera attaches to the nodal slider's screw-clamp. This package offers a precision set up to help create panoramic photographs. - PC-LR Round Panning Clamp with Lever-Release Release The PC-LR Round Panning Clamp from Really Right Stuff is an Arca-type compatible dovetail equipped, 360° panning base that features a lever-release equipped Arca-type clamp.
A useful accessory for panoramic and landscape photographers, the PC-LR base allows the user to rotate their camera 360° on top of a tripod, ball head, or other support. The base may be attached to a support or Arca-type equipped ball head via the integrated Arca-type dovetail, a 3/8"-16 threaded socket, or a 1/4"-20 threaded socket.
When in use, the rotation of the mounted camera may be accurately monitored via a laser engraved degree scale which features markings in 2.5° increments. When the photographer decides on a stopping point the rotation may be locked by an integrated screw knob. The clamp also features a diameter of 2.9", a total height of 1.4", and includes a single bull's-eye bubble level for accurate leveling. The rail also sports a screw-knob style clamp on one end. The MPR-CL II rail can be mounted on a ball head, used as a macro slider or focuser, or can have an orbital-style flash bracket attached to it. There is a laser-engraved scale with 1mm increments on both sides of the rail, for precise position repeatability. Additionally, a built-in bull's-eye bubble level is located towards the front of rail to keep the camera level.
