Product description RED DIGITAL CINEMA's DSMC2 Production Kit provides a trio of components for rigging your DSMC2 BRAIN with essential shooting accessories. Compatible with DSMC2 firmware 7.2 or later, the kit includes a DSMC2 Production Module, a Production Top Plate, and a Production Top Handle.Attach the DSMC2 Production Module to the back of your DSMC2 BRAIN to gain I/O connections such as 3G-SDI output, R/S on/off control, accessory power, timecode, control, XLR audio input, and genlock. The Module's V-mount plate can be used with the RED BRICK, REDVOLT-V, or any standard V-mount battery.The Production Top Plate and the Production Top Handle both offer multiple 1/4"-20, 3/8"-16, and ARRI-style anti-twist threads for mounting accessories like wireless video transmitters, onboard monitors, or rangefinders. The Top Plate also features a built-in LEMO port for connecting an LCD/EVF and a 3-pin Fischer port supporting remote start/stop.
