Product description Upgrade your RED DIGITAL CINEMA DSMC2 camera warranty and service coverage with the RED ARMOR-W Upgrade Coverage. This program is for new DSMC2 cameras or a new sensor purchase, and offers two years of standard RED ARMOR coverage with the option for special pricing on an additional three years at the end of the initial coverage period.
This upgrade coverage program covers DSMC2 cameras such as DSMC2 MONSTRO, DSMC2 HELIUM, DSMC2 GEMINI, and DSMC2 DRAGON-X, as well as WEAPON CF and WEAPON (limited edition) cameras.
The coverage includes accidental sensor damage, such as laser damage, and it allows you to swap out your sensor and purchase a different sensor, if you choose, with free swap service once per year; a fee will be charged for additional swaps within a year. Each time your camera is serviced, it will also get a full health check and tune-up. This coverage is for a single camera and is not transferable between cameras or customers. - Contact RED for information on how to upgrade from an active RED ARMOR coverage to RED ARMOR-W coverage, as a discount may apply.
- Coverage is non-transferable between cameras or customers.
